Science doesn’t care about what people do or why they do it. Science doesn't care about living a good life or finding the meaning of life. Science only cares about what works and what doesn’t. Science upholds anything that works as a tentative solution. When that solution no longer works, science replaces it with something that does.

But if science doesn’t care about the meaning of life, then those of us who follow the lead of science are heading for a universe devoid of meaning. Do we want such a universe?

Every question predetermines a possible range of answers. Even if the answers are infinite in number, they preclude an infinite number of other possible answers. Put your faith in science today if you dare, but beware! Beware the Wizard of Oz!
